Potential raise to 4.5 to avoid the psychological hurdle of the £5 price mark

Ella raised point about not allowing combined loyalty cards anymore from term 1. Joseph mentioned raising loyalty cards from 4 to 5 films before free films. Cerys thinking about doing a year long loyalty card rather than a termly one to save pub money.
Emrys looking to get more advertising money in to help too
Ollie raised query about tightening up crew guest as we are very generous with those free tickets. Multiple people think it is worth removing crew guest for the all nighters and double bill events. Lily and Ollie both thought about limiting termly crew guest tickets, multiple people seemed to agree with this.
Cerys proposed only giving crew guest to people working the shows. If you are crew just watching you can’t give that free ticket away. She felt this was a good best practice rule to be spread out amongst crew rather than something built into the system.
Cerys proposes 5 crew guests per term, no crew guest on events that aren’t regular shows, get these rules set up in EPOS. Loyalty cards now to be for a whole year, still 4 movies with 5th one free.
