New logins for office computer will be sent out –
and use trainee trackers (online document for this in QDM channel, and also trainee tracker sheets under treasurers’ tray could be useful for new TDMs next term)

Trainee projectionists having computer logins – passwords will be sent
Treasurer: polo shirts with DM/TDMPolos free as they are a part of front of house, better for summer/warmer weather – not having names on so they can be passed on – check DM cupboard
Names on shirts for a decent contribution to the society – a parting gift perhaps?
Having specific lanyards or badges? That get given back at the end of a show
Lanyards for stewards and DMs that are different colours, and then bring out the polos we have for special events/fresher’s week where we get more visibility/audience as a society
