DC: new dustpan brushes + trainee DMs need to be more assertive with costumers and stewards, it's a costumer facing job.
JP: following up,be overly polite to customers and especially stewards, they need to like and respect you. Some students have never had a job, they need to be hand-held through it.
H: Put yourself in shoes of new trainees, if you're new, you want to feel included and not like you're imposing.
H: hoover rods fill up when container is too full, need a solution -> new hoover?

MM: some stewards need refreshers on tills, might help reduce till differences -> checkout stewards remember how it all works now feel comfortable asking for refreshers and bringing up issues, ask if they need a refresher before we start selling tickets
MB: need new blue-tac or some better reusable alternative -> velcro command strips?
AW: is counting down days with Dallon
LZ: doors into L3 are draughty. Weighted hinges broken? (Will contact estates). Need to do door checks on lates!!! People leave through fire exits after shows so might be open.
AOBs:
JG: do we ask stewards to stay and clean? Yes, if they stay for film, we expect them to help clean up and it's within our power/ right to ask them to.
H: we should still try and encourage costumers to buy membership, part of engaging with customers, we need to bring this back! On this, stewards should tell costumers that they have a members free ticket.
JG: one till had members free tickets pop up for all people.

From trainee discussion:
Remind tdms they're in charge during a show, also during the film!! Intervene if there is a disruption. If dms are in office, maybe reiterate during circle times that we'll be in office and stewards should come get us if there's an issue.
Bring back indoor checks during show if DM is not watching. Check for alcohol, late comers
