1. Welcome and Apologies

2. Exec Updates
- Office keys need to be collected from departing crew/exec & redistributed, the difference will be cut as new keys.
- Incorporation of pre-film speeches on a more frequent basis, for both collaborations and special screenings to be planned out using the office whiteboard. 60th Anniversary Week to be used to trial speeches.
- Distributors of hoodies have been emailed and a poll for colour and price options will be shared with the Exec.
- The Thinking Game license has been requested and L3 has been booked for the screening day, it will be at an earlier time due to circling later that day.
- Certain socials will be extended out to all members, not just crew, with a few this term & more starting in Term 1 of the next academic year.
- Loyalty cards have been cleared by customs.
- The university will soon reinstate the WSC servers.

- Oliver Lambert for Health & Safety Officer (unanimous)
5. Lifetime crew discussion
- Daniel Kallin, Zak O’Brien, Martha Gibbs, Muhammad Hashir, and Anant Nambiar have received lifetime crew status (13 for, 1 abstain).
- Jacob Watkiss (9 for, 5 abstain).
- Darcy Hurley (8 for, 6 abstain).
6. TADONM (Time and Date of Next Meeting)
- Programming meeting can only be after the next Exec meeting.
- Next Exec meeting will be decided via Lettuce Meet.
7. AOBs
- L3 card reader automatically locks and refuses access, should be brought up with Estates.
- A poll concerning hoodie design choices, prices, and colours will be shared with the Exec.
- Running socials will be delegated to several other exec members from week 7 and onwards while James is not around.
- L3 fire escape lights cannot be turned off during screenings, and though it doesn’t impede on screenings, it should be brought up with Estates.
- Eric is now a qualified 35mm projectionist (unanimous).
- People in joint positions sending or replying to an email should CC the respective email, so others can see it.
- Dallon has raised issues of captioned screenings; it will be revisited in future meetings. There is some funding available for the solution, and the necessary hardware will be installed in due course.
