3. Exec Updates + Handover Progress
- Julian bought a padlock and needs to be reimbursed; mailing lists for T-Proj members will soon be arranged.
- Society was previously running on an outdated operating system for mailing lists but recently moved to newer software. Access to the mailing list portal is available through the website. Exec members and details have been added to the website.
- Emrys is a new qualified DM!
- Marketing is willing to either take over the blog or collaborate with the Publicity team.
- Tentative Term 3 socials calendar will initially be split into 2 halves, to get a gauge on attendance.
- Handovers for Marketing, Treasurer, Films Officer, Chief Projectionist, President, and Vice-President have all been successful. Socials Coordinator handover to happen soon.
- Term 3 film schedule still has a few empty slots, so suggestions to fill them are welcome.


4. Term 3 Schedule and Publicity Progress
- Term 3 schedule empty slots, which consist of two doubles, will aim to prioritise film on film.
- Despite an incomplete schedule, publicity will go forward with collecting reviews & the first draft of the booklet is nearly complete.
- Current deadline for publicity booklets to arrive on campus is Wednesday the 16th of April, so shipping/ordering should be timed accordingly.


5. Time and Date of Next Meeting
- Proposed date: Wednesday Term 3 Week 1.


6. Any other business
- Request press materials for Schneewittchen and enquire whether the studio wants money for the event or just use of WSC facilities.
- Potential collaboration with CS Department for a screening of The Thinking Game.
- Received £2,000 grant from the SU; allocation of the funds is still up in the air but could be used for: projector and sound system servicing, auditory impairment headsets, subtitle goggles for visual impairments.
- Projector servicing and sound system EQ maintenance is needed.
- Handovers must be completed by Term 3 Week 2.
- Compilation of ’10 Most Influential Films’ longlist and shortlist, due in May; could include milestone films (1st film on 35mm, 1st film on 70mm etc.)
- Website landing page is still promoting the society’s 50th Anniversary.
