Review:

A classic British indie charmer, with a twist. Following Harry Melling’s timid Colin as he falls head over heels for domineering biker Ray (played by the ever-exciting, always risk-taking Alexander Skarsgard), this looks like a hell of a lot of fun, and one of the serious indie hits of the year. It’s rare to see many films meaningfully explore BDSM relationships, and Pillion has received loads of praise for doing so with a huge heart, without skimping on the sexiness. This ‘dom-com’ (as Skarsgard has so brilliantly described it) is one of my most anticipated British films of 2025, and I’m sure it will be a treat.
